Panasonic's LM-BR50DE Blu-ray discs are able to record and playback extensive quantities of high definition video and audio, as well as photos, data and other video content. This single-layer disc, which is the same size as a DVD, can hold up to a staggering 50GB of data (in comparison to a single layer DVD which holds 4.7GB) - that's up to 4 hours of high-definition video or about 26 hours of standard video with no loss of quality.
