Q -What delivery options do you offer?
A - We offer a variety of delivery options as standard. Please see our Shipping page for more information or contact us for advanced delivery options including installations.

Q - Why is my basket still showing full price when there is an offer on the product?
A - All our offers, including free delivery, are applied on the checkout page.

Q - I have a voucher code, where should I enter it?
A - Voucher codes should be put in on the Shopping Cart page.  Just above the products in your cart there will be a box where you can enter the promotional code. Don't forget to press update after entering the code!

Q - Why are some of your products "Buy In-Store" only?
A - Some manufacturers are insistent that customers purchase certain "premium" products in-store only to protect local businesses.  The way this works is by offering in-store purchases only people have to visit their local stockist to purchase the product.

Q - Can I pay over the phone?
A - For security reasons we are unable to take payments over the phone.  This is to protect our customers from potential fraud.

Q - Is your checkout method secure?
A - We use VeriSign, Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa to ensure a safe shopping experience for you. If your card authentication fails any of these we will contact you to confirm the purchase and ask you to complete the purchase again or contact your bank to confirm the exact details you should be using.  We cannot accept payments that fail these authentication procedures.

Q - My address is showing up as incorrect on the order form and is making the authentication fail. How can I make sure it is the correct address?
A - We use a house number/name and postcode input to find your address. Once you have put this in and pressed the button you can alter the address manually. Please do not re-enter the information in the "Post code and house number" section unless you want to look up a different address.
